Must Haves: Carnivore Cookbooks

Spring has sprung, flowers are blossoming from their bulbs, lambs are plopping out into the world and the sun is starting to shine once again. It’s the perfect weather to get outside, build a smoker, cure some meat and chow down on some loaded hot dogs. But if you want to spruce up your wiener and bun or explore the somewhat daunting world of charcuterie, then these three books are for you.

After working with Bath based foodie mag with a difference, Crumbs, I wrote a bundle of reviews for some newly released cookbooks but I highly recommend these three meaty bibles that would make a sweet addition to any carnivore’s kitchen.
