Top BBQ Tips from Grillstock’s Pitmaster

After week upon week of what seemed like non stop rain, drizzle and full on down pours, the sun has started to peer through the showers and has reared its fiery face once more. This can only mean one thing, and no, it isn’t acceptable to stick on a pair of socks and sandals (it is never acceptable to stick on a pair of socks and sandals), it’s the beginning of barbecue season!

It is that time of year again when we can get our meat out in the sun and get grilling. The Grill & Barrel has teamed up with Pete Griffiths, Pitmaster at the legendary Grillstock, to bring you three top tips for backyard barbecuing this summer.
