The anatomy of The Super Tidy Beef from The Grazing Shed

Cardiff is currently experiencing some sort of burger revolution. Forget your McDonalds, say goodbye to Burger King, and sayonara to the masses of late night dives serving substandard burgers made of God knows what.

The Grazing Shed is a frontrunner in the uprising and has even been dubbed by many as Cardiff’s best burger. Priding themselves in sourcing all their ingredients from local producers, from the buns to the burgers, the joint on Barrack Lane is also making a name for itself for having the fastest service this side of the Severn. But what exactly goes into The Super Tidy Beef that is finding a place in the hearts of many a hungry Cardiffian? Co-founder Luisa Jones gave me the low down and I’ve created the below image based on our conversation.
